A Thing As Big as the Ocean, a Four Birds Pictures film, is about two strangers leaving New Orleans and travel west hoping to take life in a new direction.


Along the way they are compelled to share and confront their half-realized dreams. Lemmy, played by Jeff Harms encounters Darlene, played by Thai Tyler, cross paths and set out on a journey of self-discovery.  Check out the clip:







  

Written and directed by Army brat Joseph Cashiola (hoo-AH), Ocean is one of several screenplays that he's written.  Although a graduate of La Salle University, he's often called himself a "self-taught" filmaker.
